Description

This is a great little piece, in C Major, for teaching the general concept of dynamics and more specifically echo. The phrases are simple with the echo being created by the dynamic changes between phrases. The song, which spans multiple octaves, has clear indications for octave shifting placed right in the music. The basic 5 finger hand position is maintained throughout. Additional interest is created through the use of slurred, staccato & legato phrasing. "I Think I Hear An Echo" was reviewed in Clavier.
