Michael D. Blostein

Having taught orchestra and band in upstate New York since 2000, as well as an active low brass performer and clinician, his music is fun and accessible, yet appropriately challenging for the musician and audience alike. With degrees from the Crane School of Music and the University of Arizona, has been nominated for a Grammy award twice, has contributed writer to the All-Music Guide and his music is often found on college audition lists and performed in high schools and colleges, among others.
