Tchaikovsky’s Album for the Young, Op 39, is music for children to play. The Children's Album Op. 39, subtitled "24 simple pieces à la Schumann", is a cycle of 24 piano pieces composed in 1878 and dedicated to Tchaikovsky's nephew, Vladimir Davydov.
