Description

This trombone quartet arrangement of the 1902 hit tune "In the Good Old Summer Time" by George Evans is a unique from-the-ground-up arrangement. All 4 parts contain melodic material, and there are contrapuntal variations throughout the work. The Trombone 1 part comes in both tenor clef and bass clef versions, and the score and parts are marked up with cues for clarification. This piece is a real audience-pleaser, yet is quite accessible to lesser-advanced players as well. Make sure to see my multi-track video of this piece on YouTube (a link is provided below).
